Your mobile phone number: 0902145545 and you want to add +84 prefix to your contact to get +84902145545.
Some phone company plans, such as AT&T Prepaid, will charge you if you dial anything other than a 10 digit number. Even dialing a 1 on a number such as 1-888-123-4567 will cause your plan to not renew. Also, your phone book may still have local 7 digit numbers in it without an area code.
