Changelog	Restores URL-shortening functionality: URLs over 17 characters long are automatically reassigned a shortened URL. Physical Web clients will still display the original URL when discovered. Uses is.gd, instead of the now defunct goo.gl. NOTE: Internet connection is required to assign short URLs. Some minor adjustments have also been made to improve performance.
