E-building manager is an application, part of the E-Manager project, intended for the owners of flats for faster and better quality mutual communication and communication with the building manager. This application allows every owner of the flat that is included in the system a quick and direct access to various information regarding his building through the mobile application, the ability to send direct queries or requests about various problems to the building manager. This application represents the IT system component of the "Smart City" application.
The application has the following features:
SEND INQUIRY / REQUEST
- Tenants can send inquiries directly to the building manager. Through the application, tenants receive reports about the dynamics of solving the problems and responses to their requests. The app automatically signals the feedback from the building manager.
TENANT DIGITAL SIGNATURE
- Tenants can vote remotely to the relevant proposal by the E-building manager. Each vote is confirmed by a digital signature of the tenant. Digital Signature Voting Authorization.
FINANCIAL REPORTS
- The application allows all tenants to review the current financial condition of the building. An overview of the revenue and expenditure that the building had for a given month and the current financial condition of the building account.
SEARCH FOR REPAIRMAN
- Tenants can send an inquiry to the building manager asking for help in finding a repairman or maintenance man for various repairs or maintenance related to their flat or building. With a short description of the problem and type of repairman, the request is recorded in the E-building manager system.
SALE OF FLAT
- The app allows a registered tenant to publish the advertisement for sale of his flat free of charge. The advertisement is immediately visible on the Internet and official website. The application has embedded personal data protection mechanism. Only the basic flat information and the contact email on which the tenant wants to be contacted are shown in the advert. The tenant can delete his advert at any time.
TENANTS' MEETINGS
- In all buildings, tenants' meetings are held occasionally. The app allows tenants to convene a meeting with a specific agenda, send notification of the term of the planned meeting, keep records of the presence of tenants at the meeting and generate the minutes of the meeting. Each tenant of the building can download the minutes of the meeting in PDF format.
