The Dukan diet emphasizes four phases which are the Attack Phase, Cruise Phase, Consolidation Phase, and Stabilization Phase. This Meal Plan diet is famous because you can eat as much as you want out of 68 types of food in the first phase alone! Thus, there are varieties of choices to add to your recipes. In this App, we will be focusing on the Attack Phase which is a diet rich in protein.
The main rule of this type of Dukan Diet is that all the food must be cooked without oil or fat except for spraying your non-stick pan (only when it is necessary). Virgin Coconut oil can be accepted.
