DogLingo is the easiest and most fun way to talk to your dog. It may take longer to load on some phones due to the large amount of fun phrases built in, but it's worth the wait. Once it loads, simply scroll to the phrase you want and press the button to talk to your dog. If you love talking cat apps, but also like dogs, we think you'll love Dog Lingo. Note on download times: While most users will have no problem downloading, there appears to be some weird behavior on some phones where downloading seems to freeze. We've seen this type of behavior on Motorola Photons and HTC Incredible, but it eventually works and downloads.
