• Step 3: Download Display brightness APK from AndroidAppsAPK with x86 or Universial version
• Step 4: Open Android Emulator and Drag and Drop file rubberbigpepper.DisplayBrightness_5.1.apk you have downloaded in step 3 to Emulator screen
• Step 5: Enable "Unknown source" if need
• Step 6: You Already install Display brightness APK, now you can open it

Fix some error when install Display brightness APK?
