Deep House Mix Moscow Radio

Depmix (Deep Mix Moscow Radio) is a noncommercial online radio station which broadcasts minimal techno. The concept is to broadcast a selection of mixes, some made by residents, some uploaded by other Dj's. Uploaded Mixes are either homebrewn or liverecordings of known artists.

The show airs from the so called "Cartoon Studio", an apartment 'somewhere' in Moscow. Resident Dj's are bVoice, Pushkarev, Grabke, Izhevski and Meshkov, who have already gained national attention and have an underground status worldwide.

Russia's minimal-scene is small compared to other music styles, so the appearance of deepmix residents at Kazantip can be seen as a big success.

Also internationally known Artist such as Lawrence, Falko Brocksieper, Mathias Schaffhauser, Superpitcher, Tobias Thomas, Luciano and Ricardo Villalobos are presented on Deepmix. On a trip to Moscow Villalobos visited the Deepmix, played live mix on air and admired the enthusiasm of Deepmix.
