DA Girls Leadership Mentoring

Develop Africa’s Girls Leadership Mentoring program is a unique, forward-thinking and creative leadership mentorship program is offered by the team and staff of Develop Africa’s Leadership Development initiative. Through active engagement in social media, online engagement and mobile mentoring, mentoring courses and leadership development modules are offered to leadership mentees in several African nations through an online mentoring portal that has literally transforms the field of mentoring. The program seeks to leverage the power of “mobility mentoring,” “social media” and “online education” to impact girls and youth Leadership in Africa. In essence, the program seeks to combine and harness traditional approaches and practices of leadership mentoring to facilitate a positive change for girls and youths in Africa.
