"Mom, let me in! Dad's coming, and he's armed! Please mom! You promised!"
From the darkness there is a rustle of movement, then feet scurrying towards the door.
"Don't," I call out from my cot. The footsteps halt. "You made that promise before they got to him. It's only a matter of time now before he becomes just like them. He won't recognize you at that point. It's best to let Ted deal with him now while he's still manageable."
"But he's my baby-"
"No he's not, Jane. Not anymore."
I hated this. I hated what we'd become, cowering in fear, submitting to these monsters, losing our friends and loved ones to the disease.
The report of the gun shattered the silence, then the thud as the small body smacked against the door in defeat.
Through the shadows I could see her slap a hand over her mouth in attempt to muffle her pained cry as she sunk to her knees on the floor. This was the third such occurrence this week. I couldn't stand it any longer. I knew the pain all too well, having suffered the devastating loss years ago. Yes, leaving the compound would mean putting myself at risk, and no, I was not authorized to do so, but if anyone was going to put an end to this madness, it was be me. I had nothing left to live for and a revenge that needed sated. I was going to take these zombies out with my bare hands if need be. I was done cowering. It was time to fight back.

Enjoy all of these exciting backdrops along with the challenge of beating the clock! Every level is preset with a timer that counts down your time as soon as you enter the level. Beat the clock and you'll earn yourself a permanent weapon. If you want an advantage from the get-to, watch the short video clip you'll be prompted to view as you open the game and be rewarded with a cool power-up. Videos are beneficial to you throughout this game and can earn you such perks as ammo if you opt to watch them. Jump, crouch, and run in a world of zombie mayhem and feel the adrenaline rush of survival kick in!
