"scumble" filter on your photo. you can adjust the intensity with the sliding bar.
Multi-blur effects make a repetition of the photo. Get the 2 in 1 picture reduce the front image to improve the express of the effect.

To make your photos more funny and crazy, Collage Love Pics has mirror effect tool. Surprising results cause you get different angles reflection (up/down, left/right) you will see results which let you open mouthed.
