CMcrpred web-server can be used to estimate survival risk in cutaneous melanoma patients based on the clinically measured (AJCC approved) features for a given patient viz. N stage, M stage, Breslow Thickness, and Ulceration status. These clinical features have been widely used in the past to stratify patients in different risk categories and consequently for decision-making regarding therapy regimens. Here, the risk estimation is based on an ensemble model that integrates all these features by employing statistical and survival analysis techniques, on a recent dataset. The user is returned with a “Risk Grade (RG)” level, "Risk Category" and "Survival Probability".
