LIFX' LAN API seems to struggle under certain conditions and becomes unreliable or doesn't work at all. Although the LIFX app may be unable to control the bulbs often they are still connected to the
cloud and can be controlled via the HTTP API just fine. Because of this Cloud Control for LIFX uses the HTTP API exclusively. This limits the functionality and adds a small lag but in return Cloud
Control for LIFX might still work when most other apps don't.
With this app you can select and change colors, whites, brightness and turn your bulb(s) on and off. The interface is very simple and supports fast switching between bulbs or groups of bulbs.
