We will do anything to avoid these experiences in the future. Therefore, we have adjusted the charge points in the app, so they update much faster than before. As we have worked hard on the platform, old versions of the app is no longer available. So don't forget to save your favorite charge spots again. We have also fixed some minor issues. Best, Clever |

What kind of challenges have you experienced? - In a few rare cases, it was impossible to start a charge with the scan function. - Even if intelligent charging was activated, some users had it marked as "not active" in their app. Both issues have now been fixed, have a nice trip.
