The CitNOW video can be sent quickly and easily from the app to any insurer and vehicle owner for approval. During a recording, the assessor can tap the screen to mark and capture still images of special interest without interrupting the video. On completion of the video, there is an additional opportunity to take high-resolution photographs which are also linked to the same video. The app allows the user to enter recipient details who will be notified by email or text message with a conveniently short web address to a mobile friendly webpage where they can review and approve the work instantly, saving them time and money.CitNOW Bodyshop helps to speed up the approval process.
