You can de-stress, relax, reduce anxiety, increase your quality of life with practice of meditation. The goal of this application is to support and make it convenient, fun and exciting to meditate.

The App features guided meditations by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar world renowned humanitarian and spiritual leader. These guided meditations have gentle instructions with ancient chants to soothe and relax the mind.
2. Track Progress:
You can keep track of the number of minutes you meditated, the number of meditations you completed and other statistics using this App and share it with your friends, to keep things fun and exciting.
3. Meditation Events
The App can help you attend local meditation events to speak to Experts about your meditation experience and get any questions clarified. You can rsvp for different events as well as set reminders on you calendar.
4. Get Meditation Tips
The App also features meditation tips that help both a beginner and an advanced meditator.
