Vous gérez un Cabinet médical et vous voulez envoyer des rappels 24h avant les rendez-vous aux patients ?
Envoyer des sms/mails à partir de rendez-vous de l'agenda du téléphone.
Paramètres :
- Sélectionnez l'agenda dans les paramètres.
- Renseigner le contenu du SMS et du Mail à envoyer. Si vous voulez personallisez le mail ou le sms utilisez la balise $title et $dtstart qui seront remplacés avec le titre de rendez-vous et la date du début du rendez-vous.
- Indiquez si vous voulez confirmer chaque envoi du SMS avant le départ effectif.
Utilisation:
- cliquez sur le rendez-vous
- les contacts qui s'aprocchent du rendez vous sont affichés avec les numéros du téléphone et l'adresse mail
- si vous avez retrouvé le contact voulu cliquez sur le mail pour envoyer un mail de rappel et sur SMS pour envoyer un SMS.
- si le contact n'a pas été retrouvé cliquez sur l’icône CONTACT en haut à droite pour le sélectionner manuellement.
- glissez le doit de droite vers la gauche sur un rendez-vous pour avoir une notification 24h avant le rendez-vous pour ne pas oublier d'envoyer le mail/sms You are managing a medical office and you want to send 24 reminders before appointments to patients?

- Select the calendar in the settings.
- Enter the content of the SMS and Mail to send. If you want personallisez mail or SMS using the $ title and $ dtstart tag that will be replaced with the title of appointment and the start date of the appointment.
- Select whether you want to confirm each send SMS before the actual departure.
Use:
- Click the appointment
- Contacts that aprocchent the appointment are displayed with phone numbers and email address
- If you have found the desired contact click the mail to send an email reminder and on SMS to send an SMS.
- If contact was not found CONTACT click on the top right icon to select it manually.
- Must slide from right to left on an appointment to have a 24 notification before the appointment to not forget to send the email / sms
