BugFixes:
-Trying a new mix of plugin versions to resolve the issues created by bringing everything up to date on v1.020, in order to fix issues. Android can be a nightmare at times :(
-Brought a tutor to teach math to the odometers, in order to stop them doubling the actual distance when no one was looking

Had a lot of feedback asking for more realistic controls even though cafe racer was designed as an arcade. So:
- Maneuverability during wheelies slightly lowered
- Steering is now speed sensitive in normal difficulty and up

-Corrected an LOD issue with parked cars
-Optimizing for better performance on some devices
