Suido-Val do Tielas
Putting heart without forgetting your legs and enjoy this route that we propose for the Serra do Suido and O Val Tielas in the municipality of Covelo. The Serra do Suido is our mountain, which offers a natural heritage that are present habitats and protected species, unique landscapes stones thrown by the weather in recent wolves raising the peninsula, natural grasslands, wetlands teeming with amphibians and plants, and a whole ethnographic heritage livestock grazing huts, corrals and stunning Wolf Trap Portela das Travesas. And there at the top, in place of Lombo da Serra, yes on a clear day you can see on the horizon the sea west of the Ria de Vigo, with the Cies Islands in the background, and Cangas and Moana closer.
Then descend the Val del Tielas header in the parish of A Grana, towards Robledales Tea River, which flows into the Miño waters after passing through Mondariz Ponteareas and Salvaterra. Here you can enjoy ancient oak trees, rolling meadows with hedges closures white and yellow broom in grazing herds of horses and cows blondes Galicia, of the baroque churches of A Grana y Campo, and the beautiful rectory deFofe. These were land drover carrying Ribeiro wine and fish Marin ranchers and farmers that shaped the landscape with their hands and their work. And so you see, similar to what was, brown, green and blue infinity, clean water and air of freedom. That difruteis with the heart.

THE ADVENTURE OF THE GRAVES OF Fontefría.
I propose a different way to enjoy nature in a space in which the interaction of human activities with the environment resulted in a pleasant landscape, diverse habitats and species, soft shapes, clean air and cold water. And hence the name, Fontefría. Between the towns of Covelo and A Cañiza, with altitudes between 600 and 800 meters long stands as a ground on which the bond between the Sierra del Faro and the Montes de A Paradanta. We there beside us, a unique addition to being a "corridor of life" in which we can find wild boar, deer and wolves, hiding under the pines, well covered by dry leaves, the earliest evidence show that it was the place I chose to live the first settlers of this territory. The numerous graves located, built over 4000 years ago, makes this area a real cemetery that houses the remains of our ancestors. Necropolis raped along time searching for treasure, but still existing.
Nature, landscape shaped by man and time, and history rather prehistoric. Here's the deal.
The route is designed for those who do not want marked paths, for which the orientation like, those who prefer to meet with difficulties in short cuts and having to cross bogs and pools, circumvent the bushes, disoriented amid the pines or render the wild cattle, in short, those who want the road is an adventure. For that, a little adventure controlled.
