Changelog We’ve made some improvements to the goal-setting process, which will give you more flexibility over how quickly you can achieve your goals.
One single screen will now allow you to alter factors such as how active you are at work, how much effort you put into your workout, your daily step count and how quickly you want to reach your goals.
The app will then recalculate your recommended daily calories and the time it will take to achieve your goals.
