Who are the Blueroomcare Therapists & Psychological First Aiders?
The Blueroomcare provider network has diverse licensed and accredited therapists from across different regions of the world. Our therapists are licensed, trained, experienced, and accredited psychologists, marriage and family therapists, christian counselors, clinical social workers, licensed professional therapists, or similar credentials, each with at least 2 years hands-on experience in the field. They have been qualified and certified by their state professional board and have completed the necessary education, exams, training, and practice.

Our psychological first aiders comprises a mix of counseling interns, counselors and trained psychological first aiders, who have undergone due vetting processes - hands on training and assessments of skills by the operational and psychological standards of Blueroomcare.

Together with our support team, you’ll work towards living better, accomplishing your goals, and overcoming your problems.

How does it work?
After filling out our questionnaire, you will be matched with a licensed therapists based on your needs and preferences, although this is only required for therapy sessions. You and your therapist or psychological first aider will get your own secure and private “Blue room” where you can message your therapist or psychological first aider from any internet-connected device, wherever you are.

For the premium plan, you can also schedule a weekly session to speak live with your therapist over video or phone with an unlimited access to message your therapist anytime. You can write or talk about yourself, the things going on in your life, ask questions, and discuss the challenges you’re facing and your therapist will provide feedback, insights, and guidance.

For the basic plan, you have a one off session where you can discuss pressing challenges or needs over text messaging with your psychological first aider. The basic plan offers a support community space where you could share your thoughts, feelings and concerns and get support from other users and first aiders.

Is Blueroomcare secure?
Client confidentiality is a big deal to us, hence your safety and security is our top priority. Our technology is cutting-edge with a highly secure server to protect the data of all clients. All therapists adhere strictly to their national counseling compliances and standards of confidentiality. You never have to provide your real name, even during sign-up.
