• Step 1: Download an Android Emulator (Bluestacks, GenyMotion, NoxPlayer, LDPlayer...)
• Step 2: Install android emulator downloaded in step 1 on your PC
• Step 3: Download BLE 工具 APK from AndroidAppsAPK with x86 or Universial version
• Step 5: Enable "Unknown source" if need
• Step 6: You Already install BLE 工具 APK, now you can open it

Fix some error when install BLE 工具 APK?
