Go Launcher EX:
Themes > Installed > Blawb> Apply
ADW Launcher:
ADW Settings > Themes > Blawb> Apply
Holo Launcher:
Appearance Settings >Icon pack > Blawb
Atom Launcher:
Launcher settings > Theme > Blawb> Use Theme
