Using navigation, the driver will get to your destination in the fastest and safest way possible. Providing your destination will by no means affect your chance in getting a ride. Drivers are NOT provided of your destination until AFTER you get in the BiTaksi. |

Even if you don’t select this option, you will not be matched with a driver after giving them 1 or 2 stars. • Drivers using BiTaksi now have to maintain a 4.5 average rating (out of 5) instead of 4.0. • We’ve also added a “I want Customer Services to call me” button at the end of trips. • When you give a 1 or 2 star rating, the driver will not see your comment. |
