Simply choose a "before" picture from your gallery (or snap one from within the app). This image will appear as a transparent overlay on the screens camera viewfinder. This enables you to perfectly align your "after" photo. Tap the camera icon to take the "after" photo, then preview your animated gif before sharing via email, facebook, google plus etc (or you can save it to your phone*).
