BarKadeh was born on June 2011. When group of passionate youth inspired by outdoor calisthenics/street-workout from around the world. BarKadeh was always determined to keep up such form of physical exercise and motivate others to join them in fulfilling the goal of “physical fitness, self empowerment” as aspired by many other Calisthenics/Street-Workout group(s). BarKadeh is inviting all members and interested participants to join our training sessions. But It is better that you contact us on the time and day prior to meeting us. BarKadeh view each and every one of its members as equally the same regardless of their rank or fitness level. However, the group believes in motivating each other to strive for in achieving the highest potential level of physical fitness. Hope to see you all, Barkadeh.
