ASSIST24 is the APP that allows you to manage the entire lifecycle of your technical and maintenance assistance in a centralised and complete way: you and your team of technicians can easily open, manage, assign and close service jobs.
You will be able to easily store data to code the company profile, customers' master data, materials and services, vehicles and business travels. In addition, you will be able to set the priorities, VAT rates (taxes), units of measurement and currencies that you manage.
If you have employees, once you have registered your company, you can create new operators who, by scanning the QR code associated to your company, can be connected to your company profile. In this way, all open, assigned and closed service jobs will be synchronised - keeping the whole team updated in real time.
Once the service operation has been closed, the system will automatically generate a report in .pdf format that will be sent to the technician and to the customer's email address entered in the customer's profile.
Thanks to the data import/export functions, you can upload your master data into the App and export the details of the activities carried out to speed up the billing process.
ASSIST24 has a 2-months free trial period (the trial period is calculated at company level, taking as reference the first installation made by the team). At the end of the trial period, you can purchase "time" through different types of subscriptions: 1 month, 6 months and 12 months.
