Arsenal Denmark blev stiftet den 28. januar 1991 under navnet Arsenal Football Supporters Denmark og fik i løbet af den første sæson godt 20 medlemmer. Siden er medlemstallet steget støt, således at foreningen i øjeblikket tæller over 2.000 organiserede danske Arsenal-fans. Foreningen er naturligvis anerkendt som officiel Arsenal FC fanklub, og der er nære relationer mellem Arsenal Denmark og Arsenal FC i London.
I kraft af foreningens vedtægter har fanklubben forpligtet sig til på positiv vis at fremme interessen for Arsenal FC og udbrede viden om klubben. Dette gøres hovedsageligt via medlemsmagasinet GunAction, der udkommer fem gange pr. sæson, billetsalg til Arsenal hjemmekampe, klubture til London, salg af Arsenal merchandise, hjemmesiden www.arsenal.dk, men nu også gennem denne Android applikation.
