News Radio is the only private news and talk radio in Armenia. It is the news channel which broadcasts daily 9 hours of news, highlights, comments and analysis. News Radio is probably the first “open source” radio in the world which means that the responsibility for covering civil issues is handed directly to the civil society. The station provides NPOs and civil activists with unlimited free of charge airtime for their expression as well as free of charge professional production and postproduction services. Significant share of the broadcast content is being generated as a result of our collaboration with the civil society and generally with all the possible parties in interest.
