• You can now select a training goal: Muscle building, Maximum strength or Strength endurance. Based on your selection, different rep ranges will be selected.
• You can now select a split preference, depending on the number of workouts per week: Full Body, Upper-Lower, Push-Pull, PPL, PPL-Upper-Lower and Automatic.
• You can now also get a plan for only 1x and 2x per week.

Changelog • We improved the exercise instructions, e.g., clarified if the weights of dumbbells should be entered separately or in total.
• You can now delete all workouts, plans or custom exercises via “Profile > Settings > Account > Reset account”.
• To prevent accidental deletion, there is now a 4s countdown before you can delete plans, workouts or custom exercises.
• Fixed a bug where the warm-up set weight did not properly respect the weight intervals if the minimum weight was non-zero.
