territorio prettamente a vocazione olivicola.
La molitura delle olive avviene presso il frantoio di proprietà a metodo Sinolea (per gocciolamento naturale) a Recanati, nelle Marche, centro delle terre Leopardiane e centro geografico rispetto
alle proprietà dell’azienda che si estendono per circa 14 ettari.
I Terreni sono ubicati per lo più nelle zone collinari di Marche e Umbria, ed in minima parte in Abruzzo; in ciascuna zona si coltivano esclusivamente le varietà autoctone più rappresentative di
ciascun territorio, come il Moraiolo, la Gentile, ed Il Sargano di Fermo.
