Changelog	version 2.0: 1. It supports Arabic RTL and English LTR on all screens. 2. It shows the comming alert on setting screen. 3. If alerts is finished then a message with 'No more coming alers' will be displayed on main screen. 4. Screen will not reload when changing the switch alert status. 5.
