Build your own picture based CCTV network using 2 or more android devices and free and low power Bluetooth communications.
Put your android devices in additional use by installing the app and running them in either 'camera' or ''viewer' role to monitor your building, office, shops, kids and property.
The app doesn't require internet connection or SIM card, any old or new mobile phone with Bluetooth feature can be used to build your own picture based CCTV.
Place phones/tablets at different places in your building and use them as CCTV cameras.
