Es una organización democrática, en la que sus órganos de gobierno son elegidos por los centros asociados de toda España, y sus acuerdos se someten al control y aprobación de la asamblea general de sus centros. Representa a más de 3800 centros educativos privados repartidos por todo el territorio nacional y se vertebra en delegaciones autonómicas y provinciales, y en algunos de los ámbitos que representa se estructura en sectoriales: educación infantil, danza, idiomas y colegios británicos. It is a democratic organization in which its governing bodies are elected by the associated centers throughout Spain, and its agreements are subject to the control and approval of the general assembly of its centers. It represents more than 3,800 private schools scattered throughout the national territory and is structured in regional and provincial offices, and in some of the areas it represents sectoral structure: early childhood education, dance, language and British schools.
