How to install Abendschau for PC?

How to install Abendschau APK for PC (Windows and MAC)?

• Step 4: Open Android Emulator and Drag and Drop file de.rbb.tv.abendschau_1.5.0.apk you have downloaded in step 3 to Emulator screen
• Step 5: Enable "Unknown source" if need
• Step 6: You Already install Abendschau APK, now you can open it

Fix some error when install Abendschau APK?
