Met de SalesRapp kunnen allerlei bestanden via een intuïtieve online web interface klaar worden gezet en vervolgens met één druk op de knop worden gepushed naar alle mobiele apparaten die voorzien zijn van de SalesRapp App. Hiervoor is geen interactie met de eindgebruiker vereist. Met de SalesRapp is er dus volledige controle over de bedrijfsdata die mobiel circuleert.

De SalesRapp biedt de mogelijkheid om snel en eenvoudig bedrijfsdata op mobiele apparaten te updaten. Efficiënt bestands- en versiebeheer van bedrijfsdata als prijslijsten en productpresentaties is voor grotere organisaties een probleem op het moment dat er meerdere mobiele apparaten landelijk of zelfs internationaal circuleren. In de praktijk is het vaak zo dat er CD’s of USB-sticks rondgestuurd worden, werknemers naar kantoor moeten komen voor de laatste bestanden of dat men eigen ‘systeempjes’ bedenkt om bestanden te synchroniseren. Al met al tijdrovend en zeker niet efficiënt.

Indien gewenst kan de SalesRapp uitgebreid worden met een CRM-optie zodat deze ook op beurzen gebruikt kan worden voor het verzamelen van klant relevante informatie tijdens de gesprekken.
