Listen... this app will always pronounce the first word that you pick in French, to help you discover the match and to help you learn how to pronounce each word. Select a category of words you are most interested in learning. ABC French for All will randomize the words and you will match the foreign word to your known language.
This application has a good mix of commonly used nouns, adjectives, and verbs. Nouns are introduced with their respective definite articles to help students recognize noun genders. You can use colors to help identify the two languages or to quickly "see" your new language's genders; genders are color coded to help you recognize them (blue for masculine and red for feminine).
