1323 >> 1 + 3 + 2 + 3 = 9 (Single Digit)
Ex-2: Cumulative Total of 1729 is 1 (calculation is shown below)
1729 >> 1 + 7 + 2 + 9 = 19

10 >> 1 + 0 = 1 (Single Digit)
