El programa: El programa '4e, Camino al Progreso' está diseñado para tenderos emprendedores que reconocen su compromiso social, liderando el crecimiento de su familia, su comunidad y el progreso de

A su vez, las tiendas proveen a cerca de 2 millones de hogares, con lo cual el programa tiene el potencial de llegar a 10 millones personas en la región.
Etapas: El programa se estructura en cuatro etapas diseñadas para atender diferentes áreas de desarrollo del tendero como líder: de su propia vida (fortaleciendo su autoestima), de su familia (ofreciendo oportunidades de progreso a todos sus integrantes), de su comunidad (identificando las necesidades y encabezando las soluciones) y de su negocio (mejorando con la prosperidad su calidad de vida).
