Changelog	1.Replace the Sigil "Steel Core" with the new Sigil "Discernment", of which the set effect is: the hero deals extra damage to enemies with more than a certain percentage of HP. 2.Replace the Sigil "Wither" with the new Sigil "Lake Fairy", of which the set effect is: Haste of all friendly units increases at the beginning of a battle. When all the Sigils of a set reach 7-star, the set effect will be additionally enhanced; it will be further enhanced when the set reaches 9-star or 11-star.
