매회 구조대원들이 주민들의 도움을 받아 사건을 해결함으로써 누구든지 영웅이 될 수 있고, 서로 돕는다면 어떤 문제든 해결할 수 있다는 긍정적인 메시지를 전달해 주는 작품입니다.
