과학영재학교 최고의 말썽꾸러기 이안은 전학 온 친구 초이가
충치를 발견해줘서 싫어하는 치과에 가게 된다. 하지만
그곳은 단순한 치과가 아니라 나노로봇특공대 이너레인저의
기지였다! 나노 로봇 NT머신의 파일럠으로 뽑힌 이안은
파트너 초이와 함께 이너레인저로서 인체를 공격하는 나쁜
세균들과 맞서 싸우게 된다. 그런데 같은 반 친구들이 하나,
둘 충치에 걸리기 시작하고, 이 모든 것이 지구를 정복하려는
외계인 세균 마왕 뮤탄킹의 음모라는 것이 밝혀지는데..
