1999년 1학기부터 설교에 관심을 가진 10여명의 합동신학대학원대학교 졸업반 학생들과 함께 “설교자
하우스”를 설립. 현재는 재학생 하우스, 졸업생 하우스, 일반목회자 하우스, 부산 경남 설교자하우스
등으로 확장 운영하고 있음.
2. 설립배경
1) 목회현장으로 나가는 신학생들에 대한 설교준비의 시급성 인식
2) 한국교회 설교운동에 대한 분석
(1) 단회적 이벤트성 특강과 대중동원을 위한 캠페인 방식, 수익성을 확보해야 되는 기관들에 의한 설

(3) 설교에 대한 고민과 열정을 공유하는 소수의 사람이, 반복적으로, 장기간에 걸친 훈련과 모임을

1) 설교에서 가장 중요한 것은 설교자입니다. 여기에 설교자의 끝없는 영광이 있고, 동시에 한없는 두
려움이 있습니다. 설교의 부흥은 결국 설교자의 부흥으로부터 올 수 밖에 없습니다.
