- 업소에서 배달요청을 등록하면 라이더는 어플 내에서 ‘잡기’ 를 누르거나
팝업창에서 ‘잡기’를 누르면 해당 배달 요청건을 접수합니다.
2. 물품수령
- 배달 요청건을 접수하여 라이더가 업소로 물건을 수령하는 단계입니다.
3. 배달중
- 라이더가 배달 할 물건을 수령하여 배달 목적지까지 해당 물건을 배달하는 단계입니다.
4. 배달완료
- 라이더가 배달 물건을 배달 목적지까지 배달을 완료하는 단계입니다.
- 해당 단계에서 라이더는 배달료에 해당하는 포인트를 적립받습니다.
5. 팝업기능
- 어플이 실행중이 아니어도, 환경설정 내의 ‘이벤트 팝업창 사용’을 체크하면 업소에서 주문이 등록되면 배달업소 정보와 목적지, 배달료 등을 확인하는 팝업창이 나타납니다. 이 팝업창에서는 ‘잡기’ 또한 가능합니다.
6. 포인트 적립 및 현금전환
- 배달 업무를 성공적으로 마치게 되면 배달료에 해당하는 포인트가 적립됩니다.
- 포인트가 10,000포인트 단위로, 현금전환을 신청할 수 있습니다.
