국토지리정보원에서 서울특별시를 대상으로 시범 구축한 보행자용 도로망도(걸음길DB)와 국토교통부에서 개발한 보행자용 내비게이션 시스템을 이용하여 도보로 이동하는 보행자를 위한 길안내 서비스를 제공하는 “걸음길도우미”는 안드로이드 운영체계 단말기에서 이용하실 수 있는 보행자용 내비게이션 서비스입니다.
[주의]
1. 높은 빌딩이 밀집한 도심지에서 GPS 수신의 한계로, 실제 현 위치와 단말기 지도에 나타나는 현 위치의 차이가 발생할 수 있습니다.
2. 이에, 실제 보행환경과 상이한 경로 및 음성이 안내서비스 될 수도 있으니 보행 시에는 참고용으로만 사용하여 안전한 보행을 하시길 부탁드립니다.
3. 지원단말 : 안드로이드 2.0 이상 / 480x800, 1080x1920 해상도를 가진 단말기

출발지와 목적지 설정
- 명칭검색 (건물명이나 상호명을 직접 입력)
- 주소검색 (도로명주소 및 지번주소 검색)

- 포털검색 (포털의 API를 이용하여 포털에서 제공하는 명칭검색)
- 최근 선택 장소 (이전에 출발지나 목적지로 설정되었던 이력장소)

2. 도보 길찾기

- 서울시 대중교통API를 이용하여 출발지와 목적지 간의 대중교통(지하철+버스, 버스, 지하철) 길찾기를 텍스트로 제공
4. 환경설정
- 출발지와 목적지 간의 탐색 거리(직선거리 7km, 20km)를 설정하는 탐색 제한 거리 설정
- 도착시간 표시 방법, 경로안내 중 안내음 설정이나 경로이탈 시 재탐색된 도보 길을 재탐색하여 안내하는 기능 등을 설정하는 길안내 설정
- 이용안내 팝업 창, 앱 시작음을 설정하는 사용자 설정
