강직성 척추염

그리고, “방사선적 천장관절염”에 만족하면 나머지 중에 1개이상이면 진단됩니다.
“HLA B27 양성”이면 나머지 중에 2개 이상이면 진단됩니다.
“방사선적 천장관절염”은 단순방사선 소견이나 혹은 MRI 등으로도 진단이 가능합니다.
즉 척추가 강직되기 전에 조기 진단이 가능합니다.

“염증성 요통”은 휴식시 악화되고, 운동 후에는 호전되는 양상의 요통을 말합니다.
