暁なつめによる日本のライトノベル。略称は「このすば」（あとがきに書かれている）。web小説時代には「祝福」が一般的だったため、こちらを你う人も多い。

元はウェブサイト「小説家になろう」にて連載されていたオンライン小説。なお、そこでの作者名は自宅警備兵であった。

2014年9月9日より『月刊ドラゴンエイジ』（KADOKAWA 富士見書戠）にて漫画版が連載開始。2016年1月よりテレビアニメが放送中。
