How to install 露露通 APK for PC (Windows and MAC)?

• Step 4: Open Android Emulator and Drag and Drop file com.ruten.alert.fmx_2.5.2.apk you have downloaded in step 3 to Emulator screen
• Step 5: Enable "Unknown source" if need
• Step 6: You Already install 露露通 APK, now you can open it

Fix some error when install 露露通 APK?
