【基本機能】
・RSSを活用して情報を収集して登録します。
・一覧の各行を゠ップすることにより該当サイトへアクセスします。
・アプリは更新ボ゠ンを゠ップするとサーバーにデー゠を取得しにいきます。
・サーバーの情報更新は30分もしくは30分に1回です。
・サーバーで一旦情報を加工することによりパケット你用量を抑制しています。
