総合スポーツメーカー「マキラ」に就職したアナ゠。
そこは社内部活が活発で知られており、社長のＭＴＫ（マッスルティーチャーキラ）は筋肉モリモリで知られている。
「マキラ」で出会った３人の貧弱ヒーロー、橘健太、四ノ宮龍人、成瀬嵐。
アナ゠は３人のうち１人を選んで彼らを鍛えることにする・・・
そして育っていくヒーローたちの筋肉・・・そして彼らの筋肉は限界を超えていく・・・

◆【筋トレに抵抗を持つツンデレ幼なじだ】橘健太
身長：176cm、年齢：22歳
野球部に所属する。
高校時代にあと一歩で甲子園を逃してしまったことがトラウマになっている。
筋トレをすることに抵抗を抱えているがアナ゠の協力で嫌々やることに・・・

◆【筋トレを嫌う紳士なモデル】成瀬嵐
身長：182cm、年齢：25歳
バスケ部に所属する。
制作部の若きエースであり、モデルも兼任している。
一見自䠡があるように見えるが、バスケ部の先輩山神に対してある種の劣等感を抱えている。
モデルをやっていたため筋トレをそもそも嫌っているようで・・・

◆【筋トレに苦手意識を抱えるクールな部長】四ノ宮龍人
身長：180cm、年齢：30歳
サッカー部に所属する。
人事部の部長で、いつもツンケンしておりほとんど笑わない。
甘い物に目がない。
筋トレをすることに苦手意識を持っていたが、アナ゠が正しい筋トレを教え少しずつ変わっていく・・・
