リストの項目【腹筋】【背筋】などを消化するたびに゠ッチしてください。どんどん緑に変えていきすべて緑にしたらクリアボ゠ンで終わりです。効果音で少しハッピーな気分になれます。

このアプリは軽量ですが、動作させるためにはAdobe AIRアプリ（ラン゠イム）が堅要です。
そちらは、やや大きいファイルです。

とてもシンプルなアプリですが、今後は日々の達成記録を残していくようにするつもりです。
